Government of Canada ProServices Supplier

Software Engineering and IT Professionals for the Government of Canada

BrainBridge holds a ProServices Supply Arrangement with Public Services and Procurement Canada (No. CW2454146). Federal departments can engage our software, database and project management expertise through ProServices.

Qualified ProServices Categories

We are qualified in 14 categories across three ProServices streams, at junior, intermediate and senior levels.

Application Services covers the software itself. Departments can engage us to design application and web architecture, analyze business requirements and existing systems, and develop and maintain software and web applications. IM/IT Services covers the data and technology underneath: designing data models and databases, administering them, and setting the technical and technology architecture that systems run on.

Project Management Services covers delivery: we coordinate, lead and manage IT projects from planning through to completion. The arrangement covers the Pacific region (Vancouver and Victoria) and Remote/Virtual Access, so we can work with federal departments anywhere in Canada.

How Federal Departments Can Engage Us

ProServices gives contracting authorities two routes to a pre-qualified supplier.

  1. Find Us in CPSS

Search the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) ePortal for BrainBridge under the category and region you need.

  2. Direct a Small Requirement

Requirements below $40,000, including all applicable taxes, travel and amendments, can be directed to a pre-qualified supplier, with a file record of why competition was not cost-effective.

  3. Or Invite Us to Compete

Requirements below the CKFTA threshold are competed among at least two pre-qualified suppliers. Include BrainBridge in your invitation.
